Morning walk is crucial for the body; if not

 possible in the morning, do it in the 

evening.

Before eating anything in the morning must

 take bath before meals. It is harmful to do

 bath after a meal because at the time of

 Include the appropriate amount of moong, 

matki, chawli /black eyed beans and chana

 in your diet. If it is sprouted then more 

beneficial.

In my opinion, who is rich?

 The one who eats one fruit and one 

vegetable daily is truly rich. 

If anyone takes two fruits and two 

vegetables in a day then he is more rich. 

Because wealth is for health.

Massage your head with sesame oil twice a

 week. For health improvement do body 

massage with sesame oil in the winter season. 

For samar body massage use coconut oil.

Include any one carrots, beets, cucumber,

 lemon, radish, onion, tomato, and 

two to three ladyfingers in your diet. 

But be conscious that which one is

 harmful to your body avoid it.

Avoid competition in both diet and exercise.

Include only fresh curd/ yogurt in your morning meal.

 Avoid eating sour yogurt.

If someone has trouble sleeping at night, they 

should eat figs.

Soak peanuts overnight and blend them with 

jaggery in the morning; consuming this mixture 

improves hemoglobin levels and you feel fresh all day.

Eat jaggery after a meal in a very small amount.

Use almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts, 

chickpeas/ harbhara , raisins in small and 

appropriate quantities and consume them at the right time.

Eat two dates in the morning and two at night.

Those with thyroid issues should avoid cabbage,

 cauliflower, soybeans, and sweet potatoes.

 Use sunflower oil, mustard oil, groundnut oil and 

sesame oil alternately in your diet.

Keep the consumption of sweets in moderation. 

If someone has low blood pressure, consume pickles 

occasionally as per the doctor’s advice.

📵 Do not use your mobile phone after eight or nine 

at night.

 Use mosquito bats to avoid mosquitoes don’t use 

mosquito repellent coils and get a good night’s sleep.

If you pay attention to what you eat and drink, 

you will understand what your body digests and 

what it doesn’t. Maintain a healthy body by 

using the right food and drink.

drinking cold water.
